This is a narration track (much like a director's cut) which has Gloria explaining what is going on in the film. Who is there, what everything means, some background on the people who are there, etc. The feedback on the video has been that this narration track has made partners of the birthing woman a lot more comfortable about the idea of home birth/ water birth.
